SIGNED UNDER THE TITLE BY THE AUTHOR. Cover is black with gold lettering on the spine. Very slight edge wear and bumping. DJ has some rubbing, bumping and a few marks on the front where it appears something was stuck to it and then pulled away, leaving small white spots; but these don't interfere with the very colorful drawing on the DJ; in a Brodart cover. Stated 'first edition. ' Pages are very clean and tight, appearing as if unused. This takes place in the 22nd century, when the Bank owns everything. It not only owns everything but employs virtually everyone in the World City, except for the protagonist Monaghan Burlew. An excellent sci-fi tale by a Hugo award nominee. ; 6 x 8 1/2; 277 pages; Signed by Author
