Cover is blue cloth with gold lettering on front and spine. Very minor sunning and shelf wear, almost invisible. Stamped on inside front cover with department stamp from U. Of Mich. , and again on bottom of title page. Pages have a little sunning and wear, but otherwise exceptionally clean and intact. A good book about the attitude for women and sports pre-WWII. Shows how far we've come. Many b/w drawings, diagrams and photos. Mentions such sports as dancing; tennis, bowling, swimming, fencing, badminton, table tennis, and archery.
