Still a quaint downtown, retaining much of it's 19th century atmosphere and appearance. Includes a list of the Village-City President-Mayor from 1827-1927, and an index of names and places. Extremely scarce title, especially as a first, signed and numbered. ; B&W Illustrations; 7 1/4 x 10 1/4; 314+ pages; Cover has slight shelfwear.
