Cover is red with gold lettering inset in gold wreath on cover, gold lettering with gold leaf design on spine. Frontispiece has tissue between it and title page. Pages are clean and tight. Illustrated with 12 color pictures by Walter Dexter RBA [Royal Society of British Artists]. Dexter, 1876-1958, was not only an illustrator but a well regarded landscape, interior portrait and still life artists [I have a print out with some information about him to go with the book]. He was exhibited at many shows and collections.
